On September 19, at the 2025 Suining International Lithium Battery Industry Conference, Chongqing Lid Energy Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed an agreement to establish a 5,000-ton solid-state battery composite metallic lithium negative electrode material project in the Lithium Battery Industrial Park of Shehong City, Suining, Sichuan Province, with an investment of 5.5 billion yuan. The project will build a comprehensive lithium-metal industry base covering 400 mu in Suining, and its products will find wide applications in fields such as solid-state batteries, controlled nuclear fusion, and aerospace.
